My neighbor, Tracy Potochny proposed we enter a contest together. Being a competitive sort, I was quite excited. I wondered, was it an athletic, intellectual, or other contest? I couldn’t imagine what she had in mind. Tracey is a savvy business woman, mom of two children, and community volunteer. In fact, she is so competent that she is a sales director with her own car!

After being asked to review the book, I became interested in the background of the authors, both accomplished in their respective investing fields. Furthermore, Goldie, a retired professional tennis player, engaged in a sport that was close to my heart.

I’ll also say that this hypothetical doctor has $150,000 in student loans as the average college debt for doctors was listed at $140,000.
